Petrol Pumps Across The Country Will Remain Closed Tomorrow

Islamabad: Pakistan Petroleum Dealers Association (PMPA) Has Announced A Nationwide Strike.

The Pakistan Petroleum Dealers Association on November 25 announced the closure of petrol pumps across the country. Petrol pumps in Gilgit-Baltistan, Azad Kashmir and Chitral will also remain closed.

Pakistan Petroleum Dealers Association leader Noman Ali Butt has said that the government has not accepted our demands and there will be no talks with the government until the dealer margin is 6%.

On the other hand, Federal Minister for Energy Hamad Azhar has said that we are in touch with the Petroleum Dealers Association and have already submitted a summary on margin revision to the ECC.

He said that a decision in this regard would be taken at the next meeting of ECC.
