Sitting In The Sun Can Reduce The Risk Of Breast Cancer

New York: The Incidence Of Breast Cancer Is On The Rise Worldwide, Especially Among Women. Research Has Now Shown That Sunbathing Can Reduce The Risk Of Breast Cancer.

Interesting research has been done in Puerto Rico to find out the link between sunlight and breast cancer. The main research was conducted by the University of Buffalo, New York.

According to research published in the Journal of Cancer Epidemiology, Biomarkers and Prevention, 307 women who spend some time in the sun and 328 people who live far away have been measured with a chroma meter in their skin. The chromometer tells how much sun is on the skin.

Dr. Joe Friedenheim, who was involved in the study, said that Puerto Rican women’s skin has a different color, which depends on the exposure to the sun. According to Dr. Joe, based on some evidence, the facts between sun and breast cancer have come to light and now a small study has been done on it.

But doctors say that this may be because the sun’s rays increase the production of vitamin D, which reduces the risk of breast cancer, but more research is needed.

Puerto Rico does not have a significant reduction in year-round sunshine, which is why the country has become a research center. Experts note that the women who spent the most time in the sun had the lowest risk of breast cancer. This is confirmed by the state of the estrogen receptor.

On the other hand, experts around the world have said that women should get in the habit of spending some time in the sun and look at their health instead of worrying about their color. Another great benefit is that the sun reduces anxiety and depression in many ways.

Leading Pakistani psychiatrist Dr Iqbal Afridi insists that women spend some time in the sun between 10 and 12 in the morning. In addition to vitamin D, it also produces hormones that can reduce depression and anxiety.
