T20 rankings: Babar Azam became the number one batsman

Babar Azam Regains First Position In T20 Batting Rankings.

The ICC has released the Net 20 rankings. After a string of victories and records in the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup, the captain of the national cricket team, Babar Azam, has topped the list of batsmen in the ICC T20 rankings.

In the fourth match of the Super 12 stage of the T20 World Cup, after fifty against Namibia, Babar Azam progressed from second to first position.

England’s David Milan has dropped in the batsmen’s rankings, after which he has moved from first to second position.

Aaron Finch is third with 3 notches, Mohammad Rizwan is fourth and Virat Kohli is fifth. World Cup event top scorer Jose Butler has moved up eight places to ninth.

No Pakistan is among the top ten bowlers in the T20 format. Shaheen Shah Afridi Haris Rauf is at the 20th position. According to the new ICC rankings, Vanandu Hasaranga has snatched the first position from Tabriz Shamsi.
