New York: Forest Fires In The US State Of Colorado Have Intensified, Burning Hundreds Of Homes To Ashes.
According to international media reports, a sudden fire in the forests of Colorado on Tuesday night spread over a large area and clouds of smoke spread in the area.
The administration immediately took emergency measures to evacuate the locals and evacuate them to safer places. Meanwhile, rescue volunteers, fire brigade personnel and a heavy contingent of police arrived at the scene and started the rescue operation.
According to local officials, 600 houses have been burnt to ashes so far due to the fire.
No casualties were reported as a result of the blaze, but six civilians were injured and taken to hospital, officials said.
Joe Pele, a Boulder County Sheriff’s Office official, said helicopters had been called in to help put out the blaze, which had escalated to four to five days.
“We have also received reports of some missing persons,” he said.
